Energy Bites Recipe

1 Cup Oats
2/3 Cup Shredded Coconut
Β½ Cup Organic Peanut Butter (or nut butter of choice)
Β½ Cup Ground Flaxseed
ΒΌ Cup Raw Honey
ΒΌ Cup Cacoa
1tsp Vanilla
1 Tbs Coconut Oil

Mix all ingredients together (peanut butter and honey can be warmed on the stove first) roll into balls and keep in the fridge.

** These little balls of goodness are an excellent source of protein, good fats, fibre and antioxidants. They are excellent for the brain, skin, gut, immune system, and will ensure your energy are stable in-between meals!
